Products:

We do our best to describe our products and it is very important to read the descriptions carefully.

We are not responsible for incorrect kits or charts instructions.

We keep the right to modify descriptions of products and without in advance advice.

Payment methods:

We accept: PayPal - you can also pay without PayPal account, check/money order, direct transfer to our account.

Payment is required within 7 working days of purchase. If you require more time, please contact us.

If payment is not received within required time, the order will be cancelled.

After completing transaction confirming email will be sent with all purchase and payment details.

Customers' details:

Customers are responsible for providing correct address, email, payment details and double checking  the items they have in their shopping cart prior to submitting the order.

If thera are any changes to the details supplied it is their responsibility to inform  Needlegraphy as soon as possible.

Membership account:

Customers are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality of their account and password.

They agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account and password.

If customer is under 18, they can  purchase products only with involvement of parents or guardians.

Reviews, comments and emails:

Customers may post reviews, comments or other contents, submit suggestions, ideas, questions so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, abusive or contain any form of spam.
