Q. Do I have to set up account to purchase goods from Needlegraphy?

A. No, you don't have to. Just choose option "Checkout without account". Of course, you will have to give us some details such as your name, address, email address, payment details but we will not store them.

If you already have an account, it is advised to log in because you will not be able to use email address registered with your account.

Q. I want to create account and pay using debit/credit card. Is your server secure?

A. Yes, all sensitive informations ( your personal data, emails you send us using our "Contact form") are processed on secure server.

A. Currently we accept PayPal, check/money orders, direct transfer to our account.

Q. I don't have PayPal account. Can I pay with my credit/debit card?

A. Yes, you can. Just click "PayPal" button and you will be redirected to secure PayPal website. On the left side of the screen you can enter all details needed to make payment.

Q. What's your minimum order?

A. There is no minimum order.

Q. Do you share customers' data with third parties?

A. Only with third parties related to Needlegraphy (e.g. payment processor). We do not sell or share any informations with other companies/services.
